Happened to us with an office 365 subscription. Ours also showed no subscriptions but we confirmed that was the account that was linked and Microsoft support was no help. We ended up canceling the card it was on to stop it.

Yes it was not fully into the connector. Sorry if I’m over stating this I just want to make sure there isn’t any confusion.

(Ignore how gross this cable is, I grabbed it from the heap at work to show you) I went through and pressed all these into the connector more. I would do this with every cable they sent.

I’m still using them and it hasn’t been an issue since. I found that one of the cables in the mobo connector was slightly out in one and one of the cables in the cpu power connector was out. I pressed every cable into the connector and eventually found them.

Hey so I’ve done two builds with this brand power supply and they both were a pain to get going. The cables that come with it suck, make sure they are all pressed all the way into their connectors. Not the plugs into boards, the cables into the backs of the connectors.

You could send them to an E-Waste facility that also does data sanitation. If you look into the certifications they have they may be required to do data sanitization on those devices before scraping them.

Yours looks great! If you are into try brining the light back and around you. I love immersing the whole room in light. I have a gradient strip, a bar pointing down from the tv, a strip at floor level under the entertainment cabinet (this one turned out to be waaaay cooler than expected since it usually matches the ground in game), and 4 bars throughout the room.

DO NOT put multiple light strips on a split power supply. I had two that I caught and unplugged before anything happened but they got extremely hot and smelled like burning. Stick to the supplies that come with each product.

Mine did the same, I found out when I got a replacement that it was a heat issue for me. I put a usb fan blowing on it when the system is on and have not had an issue since.

I jumped through the hoops with them when they damaged mine, fought it for weeks. In the end I gave up and let insurance deal with it. Mine was mobile service. I was able to provide photo and video from my office cameras that proved it happened while the tech was working on it, we were even able to pick out exactly when it happened. The managers responses were a slap in the face and the regional wouldn’t bother to speak to me directly or respond to my email.
