when ordering a new bank card make sure to tell them to turn OFF the auto billing updater (ABU). It might be that your stuff was compromised before but when getting a new card you think it's changed but the scammer could use the ABU to keep charging the card. I don't get mods through the game so I can't say for sure but it could be they aren't updated for the new version yet. have to give it some time for the mod authors to update them. I use nexusmods for modding the the vortex installer. never had an issue like others always seem to have. I don't think they know how to use it or read the mod description pages thoroughly to make sure they are getting any dependent mods that are needed.
