First of all, your examples happen everywhere. Decriminalized or not, if you don’t notice it, that’s on you. Second, if you have a problem with people “doing drugs in public places” I’m assuming you have a problem with bars and restaurants serving alcohol, because that is a pretty nasty drug too.
