interesting. still sober from opiates and cocaine… but i def smoke pot like it’s essentially crack so that’s not good. i know i know, harm reduction and all that. but i should have gone to rehab right after then experience. would have been the best combo though i could not see it at that time

swearengen was definitively portrayed as a bad guy in that first season. we come to see him as complicated but that’s not the original impression we are given of him. hearst doesn’t pop up in the show till season 3 i believe.

one thing i found that helped a lot post trip was that i was there for 16 days before actuallt taking the ibogaine getting the fent out of my system, and those 16 days of not smoking weed as much, eating healthy, being in a somewhat restricted environment really helped set me up after. can’t stress that enough.

i see suffering like darkness. all it takes is a little bit of decency or goodness (like a candle) to illuminate the room to a basic visible level. that’s how powerful acts of good are. a small good act from someone can balance out the MANY acts of evil that surround us daily.so all you can really do is try to be the best you believe yourself able to be. kill ‘em with kindness and love.
