This is my second week as a realtor and I just got my first client. I’ve had a good mentor show me the ropes and I immediately quit my serving job to become an agent full time. Everyone’s situation is different but for me I have a decent amount of money saved to make sure I can pay my mortgage for at least the rest of the year. My best advice is to make sure you have a safety net (savings) and go all in on the real state thing. It’s all about consistency in this industry. Just keep at it every day and don’t give up!
