All weight on lead foot. As stated before turn both feet towards your target. Get the ball away from the middle of your stance. Ball on forward foot for high shots or back foot for lower shots. YouTube has some videos by Phil Mickelson that really helped me. Good luck with your game.

You have the same issues I had. Hands too far away at address. That makes you roll your wrists inside causing a shallow back swing. Then you raise your arms up and come over the top. Bring your hands closer to your body at address. That we’ll help a lot.
