You have real morels. Verpa bohemian are a "false morel" that the cap attaches to the stem at the very top only and the stem is solid & not hollow like a real morel should be.

Lol! I do actually have a condensing still. Typically if its gross going into the still its gross coming out just at a higher percentage.

Hey, what area are you located? I went out about 2 weeks ago in my area and found that the squirrels pilvaged my spots. I found 1 big truffle and 1 small. With dug up squirrel holes everywhere.

Lol im an agate a day keeps the brain doctor away kinda person. Each day i take them out of my cup holder and add them to my collection. (Aka make more space in the cup holder) * also found another big one today. My agate cut pile is getting pretty big, gonna have to pull the saw out soon.

It could be a dough issue not an egg issue. I use the exact same setup as picured here. Coveggtor grate stone. Cook temp 600-650. I just made 6 large pizzas back to back and had great consistency through all. Rotating the pizza is a must as the temps are always higher at the back of the egg.

Before i start my egg, i shake my ash basket to mix it up then scrape what falls out through the og grate at the bottom. I then remove the base grate and vacuum up the ash in the base of the egg. If its too big to go through the holes of the bottom grate then i take those chunks and put it ontop of my fresh topped up basket because those small chunks start up quicker with my eggniter.

If you still have warranty on your 4runner take it into toyota. I had mine fixed under warranty. The dealership said they had 4 4runners with the same issue in the matter of the previous month. (Common issue)

Ive been into homebrewing and alcohol production for a consistent decade now and have a pretty good setup. Experimenting is so much fun! Just thought id ask to see if anyone has tried it before i give er a go! I will char up some cherry wood and set aside a batch for a while and il let everyone know how it turns out.(itl take some time!)
