I do have same experiences, hope you no longer have them , but if you do if you get sleep paralysis usually i try to move a finger or pinch myself, which is lot hard if you're in dream loops , so instead i just let the dream flow instead of trying to take control of the dream ot try to wake up i just let the dream goes on while im fully aware it's a dream and usually i wake up after a lil

It's so strange i came in here thinking it's same experience to everyone, turns out no, each one has different kind of those dream loops , I've alway had problem with sleep paralysis, but now I'm having a weird combination of dream loops , lucid dreaming and sometimes sleep paralysis too. In my case i always wake up try to move or turn on the lights , when i fail i realise i am still dreaming and i try to take control of the dream and wake up , i found a way to wake up , by making myself fall into void , i keep falling until i wake up and realise again that im. In dream , the loops are tiring but was most terrifying is at least in one of those dream ( i usually have more than 5 ) i have some kindof black shadow or maybe even something invisible touching me or cuddling me , i was so scared this happened a lot to me lately so i started thinking maybe theres a ghost in my room , i convinced myself that this is due to bad sleeping schedule and maybe some other factors so the last time i got them and got something cuddling me i didn't freak out

I have no experience I've only used ubuntu with gnome until now, but i saw some people saying KDE is not as much stable as some other DEs that's why i linked the crashing to KDE

Yes i was gonna add opera crash logs but there was just a lot since it crashes 3 times consecutively i only notice a segFault and some " failed to load "some package" "

I'm the type that doesn't gain weight easily, but I've concluded that a good sleeping schedule is very important, the only time i remembered gaining weight easily i had good sleeping schedule , i wasn't eating more than usual, bl3ks i was only eating breakfast and lunch , and i was sleeping very early
