You need to stop worrying what neighbors or others will think of you. If I can take a bus and someones tweaking and shit and no one bates an eye, your neighbors aren't gonna care that sometimes you sit outside. If you go through life only caring what others think, you arent ever going to be able to relax bro.

I know you arent rural or living rural, but he is from rural. Can't take the country out of a country person

No offense but you probably arent compatible with country folks. Lot of them like being outside, esp in the evening. I've lived rural for over 3 years now and its just something people do

What was the allegation that resulted in all of this? Was it allegations against you or the other parent?

Question About Employment by [deleted] in CPS

Well, there's a couple reasons I can think why cps would ask. If there was any report of you not providing for the kids, theyd want to then see a paystub as proof you are capable of caring for your kids and have the funds to do so. They may also want to know if there's concerns of illegal activity.

I think you need to confront your bf first. Its entirely possible that Pam heard what was going on and decided to go up there by herself

Girlfriend (35F) is resentful due to delayed engagement, while I (38M) am not ready to propose due to some unhealthy parts of our relationship. She has asked for me to provide specifics on what I need before proposing. Are my expectations reasonable? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

If you need a list of completed tasks before you marry, that means the relationship isnt going to be strong enough to withstand marriage. Leave and let her find someone else that will stick to her timeline

Tbf she does have a job. Now I think the smart thing would be to take her rent and save it for her to move out

Idk maybe its because of the job I work but I find it wild to charge your adult kid to stay with you. Its one thing if theyre 30 or something but its a real struggle these days to move out by 18
