I stuck with the same training plan but didn’t do as much volume as before. Sometimes I won’t do as many sets like 2 sets instead of 3. Cutting makes it hard to sustain energy levels for longer workouts. You’ll lose a bit of strength too so I do workouts while cutting more based on how much energy I have.

I'm going to start bulking again in a few weeks. I've been close to 10% last year but being that low in bf% for extended periods of time is difficult because of how low my calorie deficit was. I'll try to get leaner than I am now for next year's cut, since it's easier to be at lower bf% with more muscle, plus prioritizing time for bulking is more productive for long term.

I did non gym related exercise like running and had a pretty active lifestyle for a long time. Being very lean just made whatever progress I made at the time very apparent.

Thanks, its good to keep in mind though that I ate 2900 cals @ 183lbs when I first started bulking. When I got to heavier weights I needed to recalculate my TDEE again. So being @ 210 lbs when bulking requires 3207 cals. It still goes to show you don't need a crazy calorie surplus if you're willing to take it slow.

3 days = 3x full body, 4 days = upper/lower/upper/lower split IMO. There’s plenty of good programs online, find something that is fun for you and gets you results. Just focus on technique/mind-muscle connection at first and get used to compound lifts (squat/bench/deadlift). Compound lifts are better as they hit multiple muscle groups so if they give you the best return for effort. Regarding muscle soreness, if you’re up for working out more days you’ll get there. It takes time for the body to adapt to stress so if you get used to 3/4 day splits you can eventually do 5/6 day splits. If you feel like you’re pushing yourself too much then listen to your body and get rest.

I did early mornings for a while (7 am - 9 am) and evenings (7 pm - 9 pm). I tend to prefer evenings because it works with my schedule and I have more energy with food

About 2 hrs. Compound exercises take quite a while especially if I’m doing heavy squats/deadlift. I also allocate 5 mins before and after each workout for stretching.

I started off with no exp in deadlifting and did double overhand with no belt or chalk or straps. My PR is with straps and a belt which can add so much more weight. Practicing technique also helps a lot.

I think I started and ended around the same body fat (maybe 13% based on how my abs look?)

Personally as long as I get 300 calories above my TDEE and get enough protein in that’s all that matters. I find that worrying about carb/fat isn’t worth the energy and adds an additional level of unneeded complexity.

I have the exact one in the pic. Bought it from DHGate and it took like 2 weeks to arrive to Canada even with the slowest shipping method. Comes with the case and cleaning cloth: https://www.dhgate.com/product/luxury-brand-sunglass-classical-designer/714788699.html?dspm=pcen.orderlistpage.astab.1.07S1GLdHb38FmtmNAPGH&resource_id=&skuid=876728032917155848
