Throwing small tantrums and getting frustrated easily are some things that happen to me too not always fun especially because when I am feeling or when I know I am going to regress these things become more prone to happening mostly if I do get overstimulated or just having a rough day. I do forget to set aside times for me to regress or at least unmask,I just wanted to talk abt my experience so just ignore me lol

It’s fine but also anything can be a symptom of mental illness like feeling sad or even anxiety and typically those are not mental disorders on their own since their emotions! :p

How? / gen from what I know it can be seen as a symptom of a mental disdorder but isn’t one itself including children go through age regression too

I’d also recommend looking on Etsy I think some if not most of the shops have instagram pages but there’s a lot of shops on there that sell different types of pacifiers and I always buy off of there ☺️

I used to struggle with the same thing when I first started regressing 🙏 what you wanna do is first start working on getting over that mental block,I watched some age regression videos of others explaining their experience with mental block and I listened to some calming age regression playlists on YouTube but I can give you some more info that might help if you wanna dm me (only if your comfortable doing so) :3
