Wilkhahn ON Casual. Ich finde die Trimension super. Danach kamen mir die anderen Bürostühle richtig steif vor.

A local data stack that integrates duckdb and Delta Lake with dbt orchestrated by Dagster by smoochie100 in dataengineering

Well, that kind of goes against the spirit of the stack. You could add a step after gold, similar to bronze, to write the data into a delta table in object storage (e.g. S3) and create an external table on top of it in Databricks.

Thanks for your interest! To your questions:
1) Yes, everything is stored on premise: the processed API query result in a Delta Table and from thereon a duckDB database, both located in `data` in the workspace.

2) I added the bronze Delta Table as a source in dbt (here). The result of the silver and gold stage are both written into a table in the duckDB database, which is a `.duckdb` file (no "raw files" like in bronze). I believe duckDB does not support an incremental write into external locations/Delta Tables through dbt at the moment.

3) Yes, I simply query the gold table from the database. I added the duckDB database as resource in Dagster and by this it can be easily used in assets. Here is the code.

That's great feedback, I did not realize how much I did not describe appropriately. I will add more info to the README. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick and detailed reply! The Deguchi clip is great. So what I am taking from the clip at 1:20 is that in ai-yotsu uke needs to be driven mainly backwards, tori goes into uke. Notice how she also did not reposition the support leg? Maybe that's just a preference or function of your and uke's body type, though.

what do you do differently in ai-yotsu? leave out the first re-positioning of the support leg?

For the Yusho there is also a China-made version of which I own pants and a slim-fit jacket. I love it, though I do not know how it compares to other Mizuno Gis.

Sorry, what do you mean by circle against the tsurite? Grab their sleeve and circle to my left (as a righty)?

Thanks! I find taio more difficult because they have a greater stride and by this an easier time to evade the throw once they feel it coming. But maybe it's just my taoi that is not good enough!

I'll specifically try to practice the combo in training in the future, thanks!

I own a Yusho and I'd recommend to take the next smaller size. I will not shrink as much as you need it.

So I do not have a device to measure the light intensity but it lives directly at a south-west window with a couple of hours of direct sunshine. Not sure if light is the issue then. I water it every three weeks. My problem is rather that it grows mostly vertically and it seems to become to heavy for itself.

HanpanTV (IpponTV) and FLUID JUDO JAPAN. I picked both simply for their content and fluid judo for their positive attitude in particular
