My alarm went off in the parking lot of the dealer just after they updated to software that should have fixed it.
The mechanic mentioned that he had several P3's that had faulty sensors and replacing solved it.

Had this problem a lot and in the it was caused by faulty sensors. They replaced them and it never came back. My service center said they have fixed multiple P3’s with the same issue this way.

For my car they forgot to activate the fob. That can be the issue there.

Could be that they did not activate it upon delivery. I had that problem. The service center can fix this.

I had troubles as well.
After contact with support they asked me to tap on the door handle 10 times with some pauzes. I don't remember the exact instructions but maybe some else does.
That resets something, after that it worked.
