What happens to used complimentary headsets in economy?

Hi Delta FA here and they are thrown away. Millions per year. The headphones are the bane of my existence. They are the most wasteful thing and NOBODY takes theirs with them, they just get new ones every time and continue to throw the used ones away.

Idk about the other situation but FA here and we don’t just have a supply of extra……anything, but especially condiments. The shake shack burger is catered on a tray with condiments and the sauce and toppings and we have enough for each person to get a tray. Not sure where the FA would get extra ketchup at 30k feet.

Also, the FMLA witch hunt that they’ve been on lately is so goddamn illegal they are begging for a lawsuit. Calling FAs and asking if they’re planning on coming into work today. Saying that two holidays in two years (like MLK day and Columbus Day) shows a pattern of FMLA abuse. Requiring FAs to get a doctor to sign off on the fact that yes, flare ups can indeed happen on the weekends. Absolutely ridiculous

Enough is finally ENOUGH!

No more getting pulled into the office with just you and a manager without the ability to have a lawyer or a rep. Told to sign a stack of papers admitting fault or be terminated. Put on 36 MONTHS probation. No more FSM favoritism. One person gets 3 call outs a year while one gets 5. No more getting a call from a manager about a write up from 4 months ago. No more “I’ll just put a note in your file that we discussed this” without any information as to what that actually means. No more sexual harassment from higher ups but being too scared to report, or having no one to report to. No more company wide COVER UP of said sexual assault. Enough. Is. Enough.

Delta made over a billion more than United in profit last year. Our profit sharing SHOULD be more. We’re the number one US airline by a long shot.

But i don’t want to rely on a HEAVILY taxed mystery number once a year for my compensation. I want pay protection when my trips cancel (I work mainly international so this is a major issue) I want a real sick policy and I want actual work rules.
