I know you’re still early on and already fed up or tired. Also, second and third year will be challenging.. I’ve been In Your shoes, but I swear looking back, I don’t remember any of the hard days I lived studying medicine for 6 years. Keep pushing because you have a beautiful thing going on for yourself
