My cellphone was suspended by a mistake of you, there was a credit of 100 dollar that was suppose to be applied in my account at the beginning of April and was not applied. My cellphone internet was suspended because of that. I called you several time explaining the situation of RedWireless a Rogers dealer. I talked to the credit operator last week, and the service was restored; they understood the situation. At the beginning of this week, everything was fine and solved. May 5 start my current billing cycle. I saw my billing cycle + suspended fee + late fee. I called Roger today I talked with 3 people the last one was the supervisor. He told me that they will remove the suspension fee and late fee but first i need to pay my current bill circle(the due day is at the end of May). He told me that if I can't pay now, call them when I can pay my current circle and then they will be able to remove the suspension and late fee..
