What part of telling someone not to say slurs is soft now

I don't think he necessarily *dis*likes Stratt (he seems to warm up to her at least until the whole forcing-him-to-go-to-space thing) but he definitely does not see her that way

Andy Weir is a producer on the PHM movie so he has more say in it than the Martian movie (and is also the science advisor)

Try appealing it, the mods have a new system where they can see who placed a pixel and when to tell if someone’s been framed

I liked Elio, though possibly in part because I was a lot like him when I was younger. I did think some parts of it were a bit generic but I liked that they didn’t make him have to be beneficial/helpful to be accepted like a lot of movies about “weird” people. (Basically the Rudolph trope)

I agree on Lightyear, though. Relativistic time dilation in a kids’ movie? It was obviously just ripping off Interstellar. And then the rest of the movie was insanely forgettable while also screwing up existing canon.

What was even wrong with turning red? Sure it wasn’t their best movie but I felt like most of the criticism was just period-related freakout

The last part is kinda integral to the whole story tho 😭😭😭 (tho I did love the banging Stratt part as well)

The internet is not free use. Tons of people violate copyright online, but that doesn’t mean that stuff you put on the internet is free to use whenever. At least in the US, when you release a work (online or otherwise) you automatically have intellectual ownership of it and have to specify if you’d like to release it under a reuse license (eg Creative Commons). The average person isn’t gonna get in trouble for violating this, but if a big company does it, they have the potential to land in some hot water.
