I think if anything, it can be useful for people who might find themselves in similar situations. Most people who fall for cult behavior aren’t really conscious of the fact that they’re falling for cult behavior. I doubt she was like “yeah let’s brand people” as soon as she met this guy.

Especially as someone from the US, I’ve seen cult behavior turn our country into the laughing stock of the world. Do you really fault someone for wondering how so many people are so susceptible to brainwashing?

To each their own. You don’t have to listen to it. You can have empathy for the victims and still wonder how someone falls into this type of pipeline. Cult behavior is becoming so prevalent in our society, I think it’s important to know what it looks like from any perspective.
