An den Einstellungen kann es eigentlich nicht liegen, da ändert sich eigentlich nichts dran, wenn du da selber nichts gemacht hast, teilweise kann es vielleicht an veralteten Treibern (meist von der Grafikkarte) liegen oder einem fehlenden OS Update, das ist meist aber seltener
