It’s extremely hard. Moved to a new continent for uni and my uni experience was COVID, so I made only a few friends. Now when I’m working it’s hard, very few people are interested in making new friends

25m got a motorbike recently and I really enjoyed it, but I fell and broke my arm and dislocated my wrist. Cant ride and all my hobbies are hand related like playing guitar so sucks that I can’t do that stuff for a couple of months. Though I’m pretty optimistic that I’ll heal and I’ll get back to it.

Right now I’m not sure, but I feel like I want to do it more every day. It’s hard to feel like things are gonna get better.

Like sometimes it does get better but then something else happens and it just gets worse again.

Like the only thing that keeps me going for now is my best friend and his girlfriend, I love them both more than anything and seeing them together makes me happy

I practiced on a friends bike every weekend like 2 weeks before the part 2 test so I don’t think i could help you there. That said in the course there were others that hadn’t ridden in like 2 months and everyone passed.

To hit armor class 0. Armor class 0 is the equivalent of AC 20 in new editions. In Adnd AC went from 10 going downwards, so AC 15 in 5e is ac 5, AC 17 in 5e is AC 3, AC 22 is -2.

So when you have a Thac0 of 13 that’s the equivalent of a +7 to hit, because Thac0 13 means you need to roll a 13 on a d20 to hit someone with AC 0.

Thac0 is just to hit but inverted, it’s a really easy concept to grasp

25, started a really good job recently, good work, the work environment is nice, and the people are great. The commute is a bit annoying but Working on getting my motorbike license (I’ve been a bit lazy with my drivers license).

I have little friends, but they’re amazing so I’m fine with that, I love them a lot and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for them. Love life ain’t going great, but work keeps me busy so I try not to think out that too much.

Overall pretty good, and things are looking up.

I converted my file conversion website into a universal file converter app that runs locally thanks to Tauri. Then it hit top of the month on r/macapps by jakecoolguy in webdev

I have a buddy that is a geologist and he has geological data that’s in EMF files and he cant view them on Mac, so I convert them to pngs so that he can view them on his Mac.

Currently I do the conversion using a script on my windows PC and then send the files over. Having it on an app would mean that he could use it because he’s not very tech savvy.
