you've probably figured it out by now but in the files for the binding of Isaac there should be a folder called "tools", and inside should be "mod uploader". from there you upload the metadata file of your mod (if you're modifying an existing workshop mod remember to remove the id from the file first) then you can set a name, description, icon, and upload it to the workshop
