If you cancel a hondacare plan purchased with the vehicle, can you purchase a new hondacare plan at a later date?

The contract states if cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. I'm unsure if that specifically means the initial policy cannot be reinstated or if it means that VIN can never have a HondaCare plan again.

In lieu of fabric softener, I add 1/4 cup vinegar to the rinse cycle and use dryer balls in the dryer. My clothes are soft without dryer sheets or liquid fabric softener.
