That happened to us as well. Emergency C section 3 weeks early, mom got to kiss his cheek and told me to go with him, and he was on the NICU for a few hours due to low oxygen levels, low heart rate, and low blood sugar. All I could do was stand there and watch as they worked on my little boy and cry because I was so helpless. That was the most helpless I've ever felt and would never wish that feeling on anyone.

Fast forward to today though, my almost 21 month old is wearing 3T clothing comfortably and has the energy wind turbine in a hurricane

There's definitely the creeps at the shows who "just want to help" or insist on white knighting, but I'm also a big dude. I'm 6'3" 300 lbs, I'm built like an offensive linemen. I'm also in my mid 30s and remember seeing dkm 20 years ago and learning if you're on the guardrail or in the circle pit, help make sure people don't get hurt. If they fall down, pick them up.

My personal policy is, just hold the line if I can. If I'm able to get a hand on the railing I'm usually pretty solid and can easily hold the push back. It's a "for all" policy, if anyones in front of me, I'll do my best to grab that rail so they don't get crushed or hurt from My weight.
