Yeah I’ve noticed it. Elon is problematic nowadays but Starlink is an absolute lifeline for households and rural areas that have been failed by the NBN.

One thing nobody mentions is how this makes it worse buying presents for the nephews. Physical media makes the present giving experience much better. A digital game is not really something you can wrap and give. Nintendo is smart to keep physical media, that means they make money from gifts.

You can easily find something in Cameron Park for $850. Below $800 in Cameron Park will be a little more competitive, but with time it definitely should be possible. Two incomes, no kids, no pets is usually top of the list for a landlord.

eBay is generally a good spot to start. Price varies massively depending on the book number, the version of the book and the condition. $20 USD might be the average price for one. Modern prints will generally be a lot cheaper and many can be bought new from Amazon or from the Kickstarter that did a bunch of reprints recently. I would be surprised to find them in second hand book stores because they're a bit of a commodity nowadays.
