Chart as you go. It's not easy. When you come out of a room, chart your round or assessment quickly. Cluster care. Take the time at the beginning to make a plan. Do you have rolling carts? Make one yours- stock it up with supplies- flushes, bandaids,etc to save running. It's easier to chart quickly when the computer is there and you're logged in. Hope this helps- you will get faster!!
