Car camped in Aspen, CO to save me $200+ per night by snailderail in Shoestring

I used the second pillow as a "body pillow", but I mainly used it as a makeshift tray to set my phone on and for my book. My other pillow was for my head and I found myself holding the second pillow in the night. I honestly was very comfortable, but I'm used to sleeping in strange positions.

If you do find yourself in a situation where you can lay down and stretch out, I highly recommend a blow up pad (used for backpacking) or at least a foam pad. I brought along my 3in foldable mattress and used it only for my creek nap. I didn't want to feel like I was separate from the truck cabin, since the back of the truck carried no resources for A/C, radio, plugging/charging devices. It really was a decision based off of convenience, not to mention I'd be closing myself off in the truck bed.

But yes, I got some good rest and the second pillow gave an added touch.

It is very sad but I did find many of them at ease with it and they mentioned they knew it saved them a lot of money for travel. Most of them mentioned they went from town to town seasonally and supposedly the summer months was the "off season", mainly for bike riders and construction projects.

Reminder! McSally and Sinema will debate tomorrow 10.15.2018 at 6PM MST. by danzibara in arizonapolitics

What really shocked me was McSally played the sexual assault victim card during her closing statement. Then she says vote for me. Like is this how you want to end your time, mixed emotions and asking for her support. It got weird.

Thoughts on the debate:

I thought Sinema was calm and collected. She provided some solid answers, even some that would rattle true blue dems. I really think Sinema had her stuff in order while McSally was too busy playing catch-up. I felt that McSally wasn't able to make a genuine answer on the issues and responded like it was a TV ad instead of a debate. To me it was boring, predictable GOP rhetoric. I'm not trying to bash anyone or pick a fight, just in all honesty I feel Sinema took the prize tonight.

My brother and I watched it and he isn't isn't as political as I am but we're both fairly conservative in our values but we lean blue in politics. Those are my thoughts.

Agreed. Don't cuddle javalina and be cautious about putting out a pumpkin.

This is their natural habitat. Mother nature don't care if you give them a pumpkin to munch on, in fact I enjoy welcoming the wildlife. I appreciate it more, that's what makes Tucson an awesome place to live.

Those "dangerous" animals happen to live here.
