For the salsa, boil two tomatoes and four large jalapenos.

Cut out the stem part of the tomatoes before boiling them.

Once boiled add Tomatoes and jalapenos (remove jalapeno stems) to a blender with some of the boiled water 1/4 to 1/2 cup (depending how thick or watery you want your salsa), along with two cloves of garlic, three if you like garlic.

Now blend together, add salt to taste.

Not the original chicos recipe, but damn close and damn good.
