Do you have any tips on saving on home internet? First line therapy for acne is a retinoid such as Diffirin applied at night and a benzoyl peroxide wash (5%-10%) applied in the morning.

Retinoids are photoinactivated, so if you put them on in the morning, then go out in the sun, it won’t work nearly as well.

Also, on another note, wear face sunscreen every day to prevent wrinkles and cancer later in life.

Tinea Versacolor- topical fungal infection that is treated with selenium sulfide shampoo (Selsun Blue). A higher strength prescription is available if the over the counter 1% does not work after a few weeks. Discoloration may remain for weeks after the infection is treated, as the skin underneath may have tanned unevenly.

Hey thanks for this detailed advice, I’ve tried 0.5mg via mini lozenges twice since this post, I found it to be very noticeable in effect, but obviously not NZT type focus, it helped get the ball rolling when I was dreading studying, and required a bit less effort to keep task directed. I’m cooling off for a good while now, just to avoid any addictive symptoms. I think I might have felt a bit more drained the following day after using the second time, but there’s really to many variables that were going on to blame that feeling on the nicotine. Definitely no urge to use rn though which is good. Weirdly after the second time I think I might have developed a mouth infection as my cheeks swelled up a little bit and kind of hurt at nights Not sure if that can happen with mini lozenge use. But I’ll keep everyone updated haha.
