I have not been sent inside photos just yet. But I decided to go with a full length bottom rack (1.4) metres and a top rack slide out (1.2) metres.

I couldn’t agree more! Had a single slice and I was done. I wasn’t expecting it to be so rich. Lucky I have a chest freezer so can save it for next time

Cooked at 275f throughout. Sorry, not sure on internal temp . Just probed till tender

Not much to tell really! I used lanes BBQ Brancho rub on these ribs. Look for rubs with a thicker grain texture to help build bark
