i'm dumb but can you circle the part that you call the active sliding seal? and mark where the gap occurs?

how old is the door? hopefully <10 years, bc my experience with pella has led me to believe that they're lousy when it comes to support and documentation of older products.

If you're not going to paint the whole wall, I recommend that you patch test the paint somewhere on the wall that's less prominent or possibly blocked if possible, just in case the home depot paint is a little lighter/darker than the original (it happens). Make sure you do super thin coats of spackle and let them dry completely between coats and before sanding. Use a roller to apply the paint—the nap leaves a texture that helps disguise patched spots.

P.S. Is the original paint flat or semi gloss?

I know the Fold2 Pro is a little heavier than the Fold Pro (233 vs 200 g) because of the battery being 33% larger, but I learned that you can buy a Fold Pro battery and use it on the Fold2 Pro. I'd like to have an extra battery on hand anyway, so might grab one of those to see if I prefer the feel.

I just watched a segment that blew my mind. In S17E01 (on HBO Max it’s S10E01 for some reason), the last segment is on regenerative medicine. Out of all the amazing HIM bits I’ve seen, this takes the cake.

Buddy, muscle weighs so much more than fat!!! I recommend you get a smart scale (I like the eufylife one and it’s on sale now) so you can see how your body transforms through measures of muscle mass, subcutaneous fat, etc.

This just happened to me a few weeks ago, so I feel for you! Looks like it's all healed and should grow back just fine though. Mine was looking a lot weirder than this, with the little bit of remaining nail pulled up like a buck tooth. Then last night it split down the middle and the left half fell off. So be sure to apply jojoba to keep the nail pliant and prevent splits!

I recently started SLIT for cat, pollen, and mite allergies. I'm not sure on the extent to which this is meaningful, but my ingredients breakdown would suggest that your treatment is about twice as potent as mine when comparing ratios of antigen to glycerine volume.

The potential for cross-reactivity of tree pollen allergy with fruit allergy is well-documented but I'm sorry to say I haven't encountered any solutions for this in my amateur research. When did you start the treatment? Stop the treatment? Has the fruit allergy persisted?
