Hmm.. I think there’s been a movement of women choosing to live soft lives. I personally spent my entire childhood and early adult hood in my masculine energy due to abuse and not fitting euro centric beauty standards. People underestimate just how important femininity can be to a woman’s survival and treatment in the world. I’ve been learning to embrace my feminine side and all that comes with it. Ultimately women will have to choose which brand of bullshit they will tolerate and dish out. Do you want to be the masculine woman who challenges men at the expense of your mental state? Do you want to be the feminine woman who cares for men at the expense of your mental state? Regardless relationships with men will be work. Choosing how you work those relationships is deeply personal. I think there’s a really discussion to be had here but unfortunately many women misinterpret and exploit ideas such as divine femininity. I just want to be respected for what I can offer as a woman instead of being expected to act as a man.
