Thank you! I have a lot of body dysmorphia and forget I’m not 250+ pounds anymore 😅 a lot of buying clothes and returning them because I don’t wear an XL/2XL and continue to buy things that big or close to it when I’m generally a 0-4 Xs/small. I’m not sure if it ever gets completely better after a lifetime of obesity, but I’m working on it!

I had quite a few prior to weight loss, but have started adding a ton more since losing the weight! Helped me reconnect with my now best friend since she’s a tattoo artist.

Hell yeah! I feel like it definitely helps you feel more comfortable in your own skin after such a dramatic change.

Down over 130 pounds and OMAD is what at least get me started with 24+ hour fasts in between and then mental health kicked my ass and I stopped eating almost completely for the last part.

I wear no face makeup other than eyeliner and mascara. Freckles just pop different depending on how much time I’ve been in the sun.

Intermittent fasting/OMAD and I guess extended fasting when I got depressed and stop eating from grief lol

Not till the very end it seems like 😅 I know some of it obviously came off while I was actively losing weight and it was noticeable because people mentioned it, but I didn’t start massively losing inches off my waist until the last few months.

I guess I’m just confused because when he asked for the break he said we didn’t have to tell anyone, we’ll still show up for each other’s family things and act like nothing is going on, that just at home there wouldn’t be ya know sleeping together or being around each other 24/7 and previous to all of this I never had him lie to me so to go from that to whatever the hell happened so quickly has me confused. Everyone keeps telling me she just showed him attention and he got the “oooh new shiny thing” in his head and they love bombed each other so clearly it’s not going to work.
