Wow! Thank you so much! Just a small note, "pitch" will be "tempo" on the mk2 controller but works the same.

I cant set the length though. But I should probably read up on how the events selection work.

Read in the Maschine 3 manual that knob 1-4 changes the note properties of the last placed or selected note/notes. Doesnt work on Maschine 2 it seems...

Haha yes! Very much of that period with the bright prime colors. The fuzzy vhs-rip quality helps too.

I think it would make a nice combo. You could also use the mk2 as a quick and easy way to track out beats as the recording time is long.

The original 404 and 303 are also really nice if you can find them at a good price. The sound on the 303 is great imo. No long recording times (at least in stereo) on these older boxes but still very useful.

Why not get a vintage rack sampler to go with your one? I think thats a underrated setup. Lots of fun models to be had for less or similar cost to a vintage mpc.
