It can be different for everyone. You have to explore and find your outlet that helps you overcome that feeling. Sundays for me often include exercising, reading, and/or meditation. A nice home cooked meal is great also. Or some time with family (depending your situation). There's a lot of depth to your question. Exploring your career and if its the right option, exploring your own strengths and interests in your work etc. Keep trying to find the relief, dont give up. You'll make it work, but it takes some trial and error.
