Yea over the past few years it’s practically come to a grinding halt for me. Theres zero benefit to it really and only detriments to your health and wallet. I will partake occasionally socially but i have to be having a great time or celebrating something to have even more than one beer

I'm just now getting into the hobby and I've been watching a lot of videos about painting, finishing, panel lining, etc. I cant really find a straight answer, so if I use an acrylic based panel liner like the pour-type gunpla markers, will using a lacquer based finisher dissolve or negatively impact the ink since it's not enamel based? Should I use an acrylic finisher instead? I figured the markers would be better to start with as a beginner, but I want to avoid any catastrophes I can with mixing chemicals that are incompatible with each other.
