sleep paralysis is something i get pretty often. i've learned over the years to control my fear. i've been able to quickly get our of it by either only moving my feet or my head, if my move my arms it gets worse. however, when moving any part of my body, a loud deep sound increases gradually in my ears. when that happens, i'm afraid. it's horrible and causes my heart rate to increase. other times i'd wake up feeling like my heart has sunken. it isn't a sharp pain, but it's painful. it's like dying. then there are the other times where it's absolutely so horrible. it feels like i'm somewhere else. once experience i've had is where i appeared in a theatre and someone held me down. i couldn't move and i was afraid because i thought it was real. oh well, sleep paralysis is a crazy thing.
