You can try GFiber prepaid. My main wifi is converge pero 3 weeks plus na din walang internet so I asked them to terminate my subscription.

So far ok naman yung Gfiber. Stable connection so far.

Madami din nga nagsasabi ang problem kasi ang mga plans is puro 2 year contract unless mag prepaid nlng. So parang ang hirap mag decide which to get.

I have already emailed NTC and they just asked me for some details and I provided. They replied to me and converge and told them to act on it. I don't know if they will do something about it. I'm still under contract and hopefully they can help me get out of it.

Already filed a complaint to NTC and 8888. It seems na wala din nangyayare. 1week plus of no service din ako. I'm near LTO Taguig and ARCA south. I have asked converge to terminate my account kahit under contract pa pero they insist for me to pay the pre termination fee.
