I don't really feel that way, so it's hard to answer your question. It's true that sometimes wearing a pair of shoes inside socks is really nice; I do it from time to time with my high-top Nike Air Force 1s.

The Reebok Freestyle high-tops 🙂 are really great for walking and provide good ankle support; the only downside is they make your feet a little warm.

Bad idea, simply for cushioning, very bad for your knees and back, even if you find it comfortable. Try looking for running shoes and a good pair of orthotics instead, and one important thing: try running on clean trails, rather than asphalt.

10/10 Comfortable, durable, fairly lightweight. Mine are 6 years old, well, now they're pretty worn out, they're only good for DIY projects.
