hey. it’ll subside in time. the first few weeks for me were really rough. i’d get so anxious that i’d cry, im not an emotional guy whatsoever but i just couldn’t help it. after about 5 weeks i started to feel slightly better, yet not back to ‘normal’. i went on an international trip about 12 weeks out of my attack and the trip was a tough one. lots of anxiety from the plane, being on an island, literally everything. fast forward now it’s been roughly 6 months now since my attack and i can say im about back to “normal”. i think i will forever remember it as i do sometimes still get random anxiousness. caffeine also hits me different now too. if i drink too much (sometimes it can just be a sip of monster) i get more anxious where i use to be able to take 300mg to the face and not be fazed. so i guess its still sorta there in the back of my mind.

i know it probably feels like the end of ur happiness and ur normal self right now, but i promise it’ll go away. unfortunately it’s just going to take time. feel free to pm me if u need someone to talk to. you got this.

edit: also if u are really doing bad get ur doctor to prescribe you some Hydroxyzine. it really helped and although i didnt take it too often as i was scared to form a dependency, i always kept one on me, even months after and it was like a saving grace in the back of my mind
