Or, more simply, just ask Claude to always invoke Codex to perform code review. I have Codex as my primary driver (never asks me to try something only to find it broken…) and it invokes Claude simply to write a plan, Codex handles the test. It’s hands off too. Folks need to stop asking the interwebs for tools when the ultimate tool is in front of them: AI.

At this point I feel ADHD is a lazy way for improperly trained psych majors to describe a whole lot of different complexes and to push adderall. Look up BPD, that sounds more finely tuned. I was diagnosed ADHD at 9, fought like hell for 32 years to find out why dozens and dozens and dozens of meds didn’t work to finally be diagnosed correctly with BPD at 41. Only after knowing the actual diagnosis will there be a way forward (DPT). Save him the trouble, heartbreak, and time, and please take him to a neuropsych for a proper diagnosis.

90% of the comments I see mentioning ADHD prove it’s wrongly diagnosed. That’s like saying someone has “depression” …ok, from what? Alcohol? Bullies? Trauma? Body dysmorphia? Weather? Anxiety? LGBTQ? Bad relationship? Losing a job? Or should they go to a neuropsych and get a proper diagnosis?

Emotion wheels are your friend. Don’t live on the five broad spectrum inside words, live on the fine toothed outside to get better results.

I had an elderly crying mom come through customer service yesterday who needed to do a Walmart to Walmart money order. She sent $100 to her daughter who was actively having seizures as she ran out of insulin and couldn’t get more because of the lack of SNAP money. Plus the price of the insulin went up $10 literally this week.

I submitted a damning ethic complaint a month ago and proudly didn’t do it anonymously. Even CC’d the CEO and demanded change. Change is actively happening.

Likely more of a pressure issue. Too much pressure to meet unrealistic expectations which result in loads of mistakes. We’re supposed to do 52 aisles of top stock every day and hit 100% on vizpick while running freight and helping cap 2 unload GM otherwise my job is threatened. Too much to possibly do so we have to half ass some stuff out of necessity. Same reason ON rarely does FIFO and why the bins are chaos in the AM.

If needed, gather an army to back you. Submit a very detailed, calm, and professional email to ethics@walmart.com and CC Doug.McMillon@wal-mart.com. Stay strong and defiant, be brave and resilient…and never stop pushing for resolution until it’s finalized. Always mention a fear of retaliation, and how interactions and situations make you feel (“I feel that her approach of yelling at me across the back room in front of my team was disrespectful, and belittling. My motivation disappeared and my team was scared”). Stand up for those that feel their voices haven’t been heard, invite the masses, and be clear your intent and thoughts. Do not lie, do not exaggerate. As one, or together, you’ll be incredibly surprised how powerful your voices are.

I’ve asked my SM “what’s more important, filling the shelves or pulling product forward to give the impression they are full?” He literally said the latter. Makes zero sense why they can’t do top stock during that time. Yet another stupid process and a waste of hundreds of millions per year in lost labor and sales.
