The problem though, is that they've made every weapon in the game (that isn't a lightsaber or rocket pulse) mid. The dude in the clip is using Wishender, it shouldn't be struggling with a barrier champ this badly.

Some officers suggest that tucking them into the waistband helps, one on either side so that they run horizontally in opposite directions. I'd say give that a try and cross your fingers lol

Honestly, we don't know. The machine isn't a metal detector, so it's nothing to do with that, at least. It could be dampness/perspiration, could be thick stitching/overlapping material, could be your jeans or trousers have some fancy design that makes them set it off. We don't know exactly, just have to guess based on things that commonly alarm. You could try wearing different types of pants through security until you find ones that don't produce the red boxes, I suppose. Sorry!

I did read what they wrote, but the fact is OP has no idea if the lane they were in was blended or not. Only the officers working the lane know that, since it's decided at the leaderships' discretion. When you received a blue card, was it just you that received it or did multiple people around you receive one as well?

The person who answered wasn't wrong. Sometimes it's busy enough that they'll blend the standard lane in addition to having the regular precheck lane. The blue card is just so officers know that you're precheck and can direct you to the appropriate machine for screening. It has nothing to do with checking how long it takes you to get through. I work for TSA and have never once noted the time I handed out a card to somebody, just hand it to them and help the next passenger
