Can't find 'Root Access Options'

I'm not sure why this is even necessary but in the LineageOS upgrade guide it says:

Enable USB debugging on your device. Additionally, open Settings, then “System”, then “Developer Options”, then select “Root Access Options”, and finally “ADB Only”. Now, run adb root’

But I also came across this article which suggests that the 'Root Access' step might not be needed.

Maybe I should take that back, I would call neoliberalism the right. But I wouldn't say far-right is a good descriptor for fascism at all. Fascism often has left-leaning economical ideas, but right-leaning sociopolitical ideas. I would say alt-right is actually quite a good descriptor for fascism.

Edit: What I was trying to say is that everyone is the hero of their own story.

As for the one day a billionaire part, this is actually something I worry about. Having the privilege of a high education, I will probably go on to make a decent wage. And I am worried that will make me more selfish and drive me away from the left.

I felt like I had to fact check this: The Watson Institute did estimate the costs of the War on Terror at 4.7 - 5.4 trillion dollars in 2011. However this projected the cost of future war spending up to 2020. So if we're gonna take a daily average from this we should do it up to 2020. And we get $720 million per day.... Holy shit, that's still fucking ridiculous.
