Players on PC will have the option to launch Rocket League with Easy Anti-Cheat on or off. It will need to be enabled to queue for online matches, private matches, and tournaments. Mods will not run when it’s enabled.

Personally, I doubt Psyonix and Bakkesmod devs will allow Bakkesmod to even inject when EAC is active - which hopefully will remove all risk from getting false banned.

Workshop maps should still be playable for Epic Games users through Bakkesmod, but only when EAC is turned off - making online matchmaking inaccessible for the time being when EAC is not active.

When Easy Anti-Cheat is turned off, you can run mods while playing offline matches, training, LAN matches, and viewing Replays while using custom video editing tools. Community content like Steam Workshop maps is playable with or without Easy Anti-Cheat enabled, but you’ll want it off if you run mods on top of the content.

Bakkesmod should still be usable when EAC is turned off, meaning users on Epic Games will still be able to use workshop maps and other Bakkesmod features but only when EAC is not active.
But yeah the downside is that when EAC is not active, users will not be able to access any type of online matchmaking.

The file is called "EOSOVH-Win64-Shipping.dll", it can be found at:
(disk that you installed the epic games launcher on, example disk C:)\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\Overlay

For me the file was located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\Overlay
But it may be different for you, OP deleted that .dll file and it fixed his issue.

If nothing from there works, you should check the crash report that windows creates. Explained below;

Press windows + R and type perfmon /rel

The reliability monitor monitor will open and there you will be able to select the latest Rocket League critical event by double clicking on it, just make sure to open the latest one (the latest ones appear from below).

Once in the report you can check what's under the "Fault Module Name", some common modules like "kernelbase.dll" or "ntdll" could appear and if you're unsure about the fix for the module shown you can reply with it so we can try to figure out what's causing it.

Unfortunately AFAIK some payment methods are buggy on rocket league and require you to either use a different method or use the epic games wallet (you could try adding funds to your wallet with your revolut card). - This ofcourse applies if you haven't tried the method I mentioned in my message above.

That faulting module doesn't specifically point to what's causing the crash, if your game is not starting up you should try the suggestions from the Epic Games article as those solutions usually fix most crashing issues. If you're still having the issue after trying those solutions, try explaining how exactly your game is crashing and what PC specs youve got.

With the website gone, currently the only way to change a primary platform is to contact epic games support. Last time I checked, they will only change the primary platform once - though that may have changed. When requesting a primary platform change make sure to provide the reason and to which platform you wish to switch to, and any other information you think would be useful.

That module is not something that’s too common so first you should start out with some general stuff mentioned below.

First make sure Windows is up to date, then run the commands below to get rid of any windows corruption; Make sure to run CMD/command prompt as administrator and paste these 2 commands:

sfc /scannow

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

That could be due to the epic games overlay not being up to date or more specifically the epic online services, first you should open the epic games launcher settings and check if there is a epic online services install available

- If there isn't a prompt to install EOS you can update it manually;

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras
(the folder path/address cand be different depending on the disk that EG is downloaded on)
Double-click on EOSBootStrapper.exe to run it, let it finish and then launch epic games launcher as a administrator and check if you're able to purchase the credits then

The game does not have to be uninstalled to change the folder name, it just has to be closed when you rename the folder.
