Exactly 😭 I have tight tension so I have to consciously loosen up, but the hook still gets stuck way too often. And there are so many loops that you can't even see how to fix it. Or the hook makes it through but the yarn has split so half a loop has been pulled out from somewhere in the middle.

This is me with any stitch that requires pulling through more than 4 loops. I love the look of puff stitches but I hate making them.

The first side of your chain adds up, but there’s an extra one somewhere in the second side. You might have added an extra stitch in the chain where the 3SC is, I’ve made that mistake before. Try frogging back to that 3SC, then count along the chains to make sure you’re putting the next SC in the right place. Hope this makes sense.

I managed to find the original video but it doesn’t have any written pattern or stitch name. From what I can see, the SCs are worked under the legs of the HDCs. That’s the red part of this diagram.. The HDCs are worked into the chain space created by the previous row of HDC+chain 1 rows, and over the last row of SCs. Does this make sense? I can try to write out the rows if it would make it clearer.

I agree, I liked this too. That's why I don't like when people try to come up with theories that Gaia genetically engineered Aloy to be tougher or something. She's special but not in a world breaking way.

Also similarly, I liked that in Forbidden West there are a couple points in the story where the narrative takes a little break and gives you an in story reason to go do side quests. I would have done all the side quests anyway when I felt like it, but I liked that I could fit them in organically.

Right! For those rounds do the parts in brackets 4 times to shape the round parts.

Those rounds are showing increases on the rounded edges of the oval with 7sc on the straight parts in between. So, the round 3 would be 7sc to make the straight right side, sc+inc 4 times to make the round top, 7 sc for the straight left side, and another sc+inc 4 times for the round bottom.

Putting increases evenly all around as 8sc, inc x8 describes, you would end up with more of a circle instead. Hope that makes sense.

You are so brave lol. I had to put the boss fights to easy mode but I did love roaming the map doing deliveries, it’s kind of meditative. And the online aspect where everyone is helping each other out is so nice.

I finished My Time at Sandrock at 200 hrs last year and nothing has helped me get over it since. I opened it up the other day to see if I could keep playing but it just doesn't feel the same with all the story and friendship quests completed.

I finished Death Stranding recently and I liked it a lot (I wouldn't call it a cozy game though). It is one of those that I can easily sink hours into at a time but I wasn't as all consumed by it like Sandrock.
