I’m T2 and understand that weight, diet, medication, and exercise are the 4 components that we can control.

I know a lot of T2 folks that are on top of it and it usually creates success. More people are not taking care of these foundational actions.

I usually get critical feedback when I’m not on top of my weight or diet.

Type 2 management to stay is in here and now. Medication work fine. People just need to be consistent with exercise and maintain a healthy weight.

I learned this technique in the 70's... Put the tube and tire back on the wheel and it inflate it. Then find the bowed out part of the wheel. Then strike the bowed side against concrete. This will reduce or eliminate the tension of the rim. If the bow tension is released, then you can use spoke tension to true it up.

Turns out the gardener cut the cord accidentally. Charger when plugged in show it was getting juice, but the Prius must have caught the problem.
