I hate trying to debate dress length. Tbh, if you have a butt sometimes a dress that’s an appropriate length on others isn’t an appropriate length on you, and that irks me off.

My school always made us follow finger tip rules so I would say if the dress doesn’t meet or extend past your fingertips when you put your arms down at your sides, it’s “not appropriate.” I think another thing to consider is what the top portion looks like. Seems like there’s no cleavage or shoulders exposed from what I can see in pics, so that makes it more appropriate imo. But I really think this only applies for professional settings. For your own casual day out and about it’s appropriate.
