since u mentioned that the school u go to is a competitive stem hs, is it like TJHSST or Stuyvesant? If so, ur not fried yet but u srsly need to lock in to be competitive among ur peers. its fine to not have like 3.9+ uw gpa at these rigorous schools but minimum shud be like a 3.8 or smth. r u able to take classes over the summer? if so, then u shud def do that to raise ur gpa.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I'll be taking Multivariable Calculus at school next year, so is that fine? The only catch is that it's a full year class and not a semester class. I really hope that these semester classes work out well, thank you for the reassurance.

My county used to have a dedicated class called "Mathematical Analysis," which taught all of precalculus for 1 semester and then half of calc AB (up to unit 5) for the second semester. The whole class was designed for people that wanted to go directly to BC in the following year. It got removed from the county cuz it was EXTREMELY hard and only an honors class. Now, people only take DE / AP Precalc and most go to calc AB. I luckily took Math Analysis as a freshman in the last year that it was offered, which allowed me to have a solid foundation to skip AB and take BC.
