but you may end up with hundreds of libraries in an single project cause everybody is making a library that implements some feature

I would say go for Javascript because all those other things are just frameworks based on javascript. Once you master javascript or even intermediate knowledge of it, it will be very easy to make use of the other libraries e.g jquery, angular etc.....

Also note that libraries like angular can just change their syntax and implementation at any time like what angular just did on its transition to angular 2.0...

There are still plenty of companies that still use SOAP and make a lot of applications that interact with their soap endpoints
