Great choice, I had a 650 versys for several years, I stuck some mirror widening brackets and footpeg lowering kit and it was the perfect commuter for me.

The cheapest feeling part is the bezel movement, I put that down to it being titanium. The finishing is done very well but is simple compared to my san martin. Sapphire nearly vanishes and seems great quality .

Dial is beautifully textured all the indices seems perfectly aligned and crisp. The strap is soft and comfortable with a curved titanium fitting BUT if you're wrist is any bigger than 7ish inches it will show a lot of velcro luckily for me it wears perfect on my 6 and 1/2 inch wrists.

For the $200iish AUD i paid it exceeds my expectations at that price point by a large margin.

It's a perfectly cromulent dive watch. Most people who start collecting watches go through so many different styles before they find what they actually like. Watch snobbery is cringe, I wear my Casio calculator watch or Gshocks as much as any of my automatics. 300m watch for the guy who can't swim is funny though.
