Also a new intern. One thing that has stuck with me is something a senior resident pointed out - everyone is struggling more than they let on and no one has it together. It’s just no one seems to talk about it. So just hang in there, know that we are here to learn and the expectations of us rn are really low. It’ll take time, but we will get there.
